shuffle, deal cards equally to players in face down stack. assign each player color (red, yellow, green, blue) [TIP: lightly push two equalish stacks against each other, adjust loose cards to evenly divide]

once timer starts, each player looks at top card of their stack, deals to someone, repeat. deal cards of your color (or wild) to yourself, deal other cards to wrong player (e.g. red cards to blue player)

hands down at 30s, regardless of progress through stack
