3+ actors

first actor to enter scene says who they are (e.g. ‘a babysitter’, ‘australian’, ‘a circus ringmaster from the wrong side of the tracks’). they begin to do some inciting action (e.g. drop a baby off a skyscraper, burn toast), then freeze in place before its climax. next actor enters, says who they are, does an action “concurrent” to inciting action (e.g. make business phone call, fry eggs), freezing at first player’s climax. repeat. once all actors have entered, first actor counts down from 3. on go, each actor continues their action (climax included) for one minute.
