each player takes hand of 5. begin by placing any one card (“proprietaries”) in front of you, in turn.

on your turn, play one card either on someone’s proprietary (REPLACING IT) or between two neighboring proprietaries (“peripherals”). the play must be logical a la venn diagram (e.g. play empress on emperor, but not sun. play six of wands between seven and five of wands, but not an ace). use pictures or interpretations.

if other players disagree, defend your case. if still disagreed, rescind your play. if nowhere to play, draw, pass.
